REFUND POLICY

Individual Sessions:

• Freeminded Hypnotherapy Services offers a full refund for individual hypnotherapy sessions if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we cannot offer a refund. However, we may reschedule your session to a more convenient time.

Package Sessions:

• For clients who have purchased a package of sessions, a refund can be requested for the unused sessions minus a cancellation fee if the request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase.
• The cancellation fee is 10% of the total package price.
• Used sessions within the package are non-refundable.

Online Courses and Digital Products:

• Because of the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned, refunds for online courses and downloadable content are only provided under exceptional circumstances. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have any concerns or issues with your digital product.

3. Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
4. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
