I am Alex Valls, a Solution Focused Personal Development practitioner & hypnotherapist at Freeminded Personal Development. While my passion for film direction led me to study at the London Film School and direct several short films and music videos, I've always been fascinated by human relationships. This fascination led me to study counselling skills at WPF in London Bridge, and eventually hypnotherapy with Chrysalis Courses. I have also completed Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) Level 1 with Terence Watts, which has further enhanced my skills.

More recently, I have attended a Foundation Level of Solution Focused Brief Therapy/Coaching at BRIEF London and I'm currently on their Advanced Course.

At Freeminded Personal Development, I am committed to caring for my clients' well-being. Solution Focused Brief Therapy/Coaching and Hypnotherapy has been shown to help many people with a wide range of issues, and together, we can work towards overcoming any challenges you may be facing.

My education includes a Level 3 Foundation Course of Solution Focused Brief Therapy at BRIEF in 2023, a Certificate in Hypnotherapy & Counselling Skills from Chrysalis Courses in 2019, a Master of Arts (MA) in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the London Film School in 2007, and a background as a camera operator and director of short films.

In addition to my work at Freeminded Personal Development, I have been a community volunteer with Age UK in social services since May 2014. Helping people has always been a priority for me, and I am here to support you on your journey towards greater well-being.
